How to make detergent dissolve
Detergents are made of surfactants. These molecules are composed of water-soluble and water-insoluble parts that reduce water tension. The surfactants bind with the stains on your clothes and pull them into the water to free them of the matter. For detergent to work, it has to dissolve in water, at least partially. Placing the drops of detergent in the water first helps you dissolve them faster.

Steps to follow:
1
Open the lid of your washing machine.
2
Measure the amount of Detergent that you need for your load of clothes and place the drops of detergent in the washing machine. Avoid using more detergent than necessary as it does not dissolve properly.
3
Turn on the water fill cycle on your washing machine with the appropriate water temperature for the load of clothes. Let the water fill the machine before adding clothes to it. This gives the detergent more time to dissolve.
